Just saw this advertised in the SMH’s ‘Guide’ today:
Looks to be a great resource for teachers and the like. You can sign up for a weekly newsletter that will have a summary of many educational TV shows or documentaries on a wide range of subjects.

A while back I came across Numb3rs, the latest cop show incarnation. Just reading the title, I thought – great a TV show that might engage kids with maths. So, I evaluated a copy of the show… how sad… it would simply have reinforced to school students that maths is for nerds. Thankfully not yet on Australian television.
