Anti-vilification law defeated

Thank goodness that good sense has prevailed in the NSW parliament.
The Anti-Discrimination Amendment (Religious Tolerance) Bill was overwhelmingly defeated yesterday in the Legislative Council.

This was the bill that theoretically could have made preaching against Islam (for example) illegal in this state.

Of your that stills leave two pastors in Victoria appealing to the Supreme Court there about their convictions under that State’s ‘Anti-Discrimination’ legislation.
