  1. This cafe is not a general public cafe is it? It’s a venue, cafe-esque, that they will use for evangelism. Am I reading the article right?

  2. It’s a bit ambiguous, but it might well work as semi-commercial venture. St Matts Manly do something similiar, and it might be the way they plan on paying for it.
